€150 for examination appointments · €200 for treatment sessions over 2 hours. Fully deducted from your treatment cost. Refundable with 72–96 hours notice.
Step 4 — Your treatment visit

You arrive prepared. No time wasted — your case has been reviewed remotely, your plan discussed, your appointments scheduled.
Day 1 — Examination and preparation
New 3D CBCT imaging and comprehensive clinical examination
Treatment plan confirmed or updated — you approve before we begin
Professional hygiene cleaning before any surgical procedure
Safe removal of existing amalgams or metals if present
Preparation for surgical procedures scheduled in your treatment plan
Payment — Beginning of treatment
After examination confirms your plan, payment for your scheduled treatment block is due before surgery begins. Your deposit is already applied.
What your quote covers — and what it doesn't
Planned treatments confirmed remotely: Your quote covers everything discussed and agreed during the planning call. If clinical preparation like grafting or soft tissue surgery is needed to complete these treatments properly, that may add up to 20%.
Conditions only diagnosable in person: Jawbone cavitations (NICO) and small conservative treatment needs cannot always be detected from a standard X-ray. If we discover these during examination — typically in the third molar area, €450 per cavitation — we'll explain what we find and you decide whether to proceed.
Patient-requested changes: If you decide during your visit to add or change treatments (onlays instead of fillings, additional veneers), you'll receive an updated treatment plan with new costs. These changes are outside the original quote.
